How to use Inventory Manager

Quick procedures for the work employees perform most often.

Assign a tag

Open Assignment Wizard and choose the dealership.
Find the vehicle by stock number or VIN.
Scan the tag QR code and confirm both keys are together.
Save and verify the assignment under Tracked Tags.

Find a missing key

Search the tag or stock number.
Review the last gateway, dealership, and sighting time.
Use Flash or Beep only when the gateway is online.
Escalate stale or off-campus tags to a manager.

Reconcile inventory

Create a reconciliation session for one dealership.
Import the physical inventory list.
Assign owners to missing or extra units.
Resolve every task before completing the session.

Vehicle leaves inventory

Open the Inventory Exit Review.
Choose sold, transferred, or feed error.
Record the tag as recovered, pending, transferred, or retired.
Add the reviewer name and notes for the audit history.
